Terms of Use

Effective July 13, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Flight Rescue website and waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you control or are authorized to use the mobile number submitted.

Waitlist and beta access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission, a launch date, availability in any location, free access, pricing, or any particular service feature. We may change, pause, or discontinue the waitlist or beta at any time.

Decision support only

Flight Rescue provides independent informational decision support. Flight Rescue is not an airline, airport, air-traffic service, meteorological authority, emergency service, insurance provider, or travel agency. Flight Rescue does not book, cancel, or change reservations. You or the airline completes every change, and you remain responsible for your travel decisions.

Third-party information

Flight, aircraft, gate, weather, turbulence, fare, seat, baggage, connection, and airline-policy information may come from third parties. It may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate and may change without notice. Verify consequential decisions directly with the applicable airline or official source.

No safety-critical or emergency use

Flight Rescue is designed for passenger travel planning. It is not for aircraft operation, dispatch, navigation, medical emergencies, security emergencies, or other safety-critical use. Contact the airline, airport personnel, emergency services, or another appropriate authority when necessary.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, bypass security, submit another person’s information without authorization, scrape or copy the service at scale, introduce malicious code, or use Flight Rescue unlawfully.

Intellectual property and third-party marks

The Flight Rescue name, website, copy, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party airline, airport, Flighty, TripIt, and other names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, waitlist, and any beta service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any guaranteed travel outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flight Rescue and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost savings, missed travel, replacement travel, lost baggage, lost profits, or reliance on delayed or inaccurate information. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability arising from the website or waitlist will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Flight Rescue during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others.

Severability and entire agreement

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, SMS Terms, and Service Disclaimer form the agreement governing the website and waitlist.
