SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to the Flight Rescue launch and private-beta waitlist messaging program.

Program description

By checking the consent box and submitting the waitlist form, you agree to receive automated text messages from Flight Rescue about launch announcements, waitlist status, and private-beta access at the mobile number you provided.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, with no more than 10 messages per month for the launch and private-beta waitlist program unless you separately enroll in another Flight Rescue messaging program.

Consent and costs

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the submitted number and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any Flight Rescue text to opt out. After STOP, we may send one confirmation message and will not send additional waitlist messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or email support@getflightrescue.com.

Delivery

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and the program may not be available on every carrier or device.

Changing or transferring your number

If you stop using or transfer the mobile number you enrolled, opt out first and notify us so the new subscriber does not receive messages intended for you.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may modify or discontinue the program and will post updated terms when required. Your participation is also subject to our Terms of Use.
