Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Flight Rescue (“Flight Rescue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you visit our website or join our launch waitlist.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, any optional last name and email address you provide, mobile phone number, consent status, signup time, consent-disclosure version, and signup source. Our server may also process basic technical information ordinarily included with web requests, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time, for security and troubleshooting.
Limited website analytics
We use first-party conversion analytics to understand whether visitors view the site, select a waitlist button, begin the form, and complete signup. These records may include the page path, button location, referring page, campaign parameters, and a random visit identifier that lasts only for the current page. We do not use analytics cookies, store phone numbers or email addresses in analytics events, or use these events for third-party targeted advertising. Our server may temporarily process an IP address to rate-limit abuse, but the address is not written to the analytics event record.
How we use information
- Maintain and administer the Flight Rescue waitlist.
- Send the launch and beta-access text messages you requested.
- Understand website conversion and improve the signup experience.
- Prevent duplicate or fraudulent signups and protect the website.
- Respond to privacy, support, and legal requests.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors that help us host the website, store data, deliver messages, provide security, or operate the waitlist, subject to appropriate restrictions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of the business.
We do not sell or rent waitlist information, and we do not share it for third-party targeted advertising.
SMS choices
You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a Flight Rescue message. You may reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not prevent you from making a separate privacy request. See our SMS Terms.
Retention
We retain waitlist information while the waitlist and private beta are active and for a reasonable period afterward to administer consent, opt-outs, disputes, security, and legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed. You may request deletion sooner, subject to records we must retain for legal or compliance purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@getflightrescue.com. We may need to verify your request. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights.
Children
The waitlist is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect waitlist information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can delete it.
Third-party links and services
Our website may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes
We may update this policy as Flight Rescue develops. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide any additional notice required by law.
